Frequently Asked Questions 

How do I make a purchase?

Simply browse the website, click on the product you want then click on the 'Add to Bag' button. The item will then be placed in our cart, which you can visit by clicking on the bag icon on the top-right corner on desktop or at the bottom of the app. Continue shopping and once you're ready to place your order, revisit your cart and press on Secure Checkout. Follow the simple prompts to complete the checkout process.

 

When will my order be delivered? 

Delivery for orders in the UAE and Jordan will be done within 1-2 days. For other GCC orders within 5 days and all other international orders within 10 days.  

 

How can I track my order? 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from the courier with a tracking link/number. If you have not received this, please contact us at sales@dukkanavantique.com

 

What is your refund policy? 

We do not offer refunds. 

  

What is your exchange policy?  

You are eligible to an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Please contact sales@dukkanavantique.com to request an exchange. If the product has been worn or damaged, you will not be eligible for an exchange.  

 

I received a damaged product

Please email sales@dukkanavantique.com with proof of the damage within 2 days of receiving the product.
